Citizen Service Unit
The Citizen Service Unit was created to comply with the Law that Regulations Credit Information Businesses and Protection of the Owner of Information, identified as Law Number 288-05, in order to provide a better service to all individuals who wish to obtain their Credit Report or who wish to present a claim about it.
Legal Procedure for Correction of ErrorsLaw 288-05 introduces the Procedure for Claim for Modification, Correction, and Cancellation of Information of the Owner, so that consumers who are not in agreement with the information contained in a report coming from a BIC can formally present a claim to invoke the right to modification and cancellation of the information which is illegal, incorrect, erroneous, or out of date.
